Beechcroft – Stamp Duty Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• This offer applies only to selected apartments and homes at Beechcroft.
• Completions must take place on or before 25th December 2025 to qualify.

Stamp Duty Payment

• Beechcroft will pay the Stamp Duty on eligible properties
• The allowance applies only to main home purchases and will be calculated at the Single Property Rate. If the Additional Home Rate applies (for second homes or investment properties), any difference must be paid by the purchaser.
• The Stamp Duty allowance will be applied as a cash discount on completion
• Stamp Duty will be payable according to the current rates and thresholds set by HMRC at the time of completion.

Additional Terms

• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
• The offer is personal to the purchaser and is non-transferable to any other individual or company.
• Beechcroft reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• This offer is subject to availability and terms may vary depending on the apartment purchased.

Completion

• The offer only applies if the purchase is legally completed.
• The Stamp Duty payment will only be made upon successful completion of the purchase.
