Each Beechcroft retirement community and Special Projects development is unique. The facilities on offer vary from development to development but all developments offer a variety of facilities designed to make your life easier.

Estate Management Service

An Estate Manager is on hand to:

  • Offer help and advice when needed
  • Organise the cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas
  • Organise the cleaning of external windows
  • Take responsibility for upkeep of private and communal gardens
  • Keep an eye on properties when owners are away
  • Organise events and meetings for homeowners
  • Carry out minor repairs and a variety of tasks for owners

Landscaped, fully maintained setting

You’ll benefit from beautifully landscaped setting without the hard, manual work that gardening involves. Most of our developments feature:

  • Mature trees and planting
  • Smooth paths that are easy to navigate
  • Low-level bollard lighting
  • Seating

Parking and Garaging

Our developments offer parking or garaging – and sometimes both. Some of our developments feature gated or underground parking and on our more recent developments we are adding electric charging points for vehicles. Car parks are kept clean, well-maintained and well-lit and many of our underground or ground floor car parks provide lift access to apartments.

Communal lounges

Many of our developments also include communal lounges that become ‘hubs of activity’ where you’ll be able to meet your neighbours and enjoy coffee, tea and snacks. Many communal lounges host events, quizzes, themed evenings and fitness classes.

Luxurious guest suites

On developments featuring a luxurious guest suite, you’ll be able to book this for visiting friends and family. The guest suites include a comfortable guest bedroom and an en-suite bath or shower room.

Beechcroft’s close working relationship with the care home provider means that, if you choose a new home on a development with a neighbouring care home, the menu of services you’ll be able to benefit from may include some or all the following:
