Reigate is the perfect place to call home, with all you need on your doorstep.

Beechcroft's luxurious retirement apartments are approximately ½ mile from the town centre, where you’ll find Reigate post office, the local library, branches of HSBC and Nationwide banks easily on hand, and Lloyds Bank and Barclays just over a mile away in nearby Redhill.

Whether you’re looking for fashion, furniture, crafts or gifts, you’ll also find what you need amongst the collection of independent stores and High Street names. For your next fashion fix, there are branches of Crew Clothing, Fat Face, Jigsaw, Mint Velvet, Phase Eight, Roman Originals, White Stuff and Accessorize in central Reigate. 

Sportswear shops are also well catered for in Reigate, with Mountain Warehouse and Simply Sports available. Other notable shops include Waterstones, WH Smith, and Homebase, meaning whatever you require, you'll be able to find it without needing to leave your new home town.

If you’re shopping for groceries, there’s a selection of butchers, bakeries, delis and wine shops in Reigate, along with an M&S Simply Food store and a Morrison's supermarket, Sainsbury’s can be found in Redhill and there’s a Waitrose in nearby Horley.

You'll find a choice of medical and dental practices within two miles and East Surrey hospital is less than 3 miles away. For your daily needs and prescriptions, Reigate is also home to a branch of Boots, and there is a Specsavers optician too.

Reigate's leisure facilities and nearby green spaces

Whether you’re meeting friends for coffee or dining out, there are plenty of cafes, high quality independent and chain restaurants. Head out for coffee at a number of local cafés, or visit Starbucks, Costa or Café Rouge, all in the centre of Reigate. You will also find a range of options for dinner, including Giggling Squid, Wagamama, Côte Brasserie and a number of exceptional pubs.

Reigate is also home to an Everyman Cinema showing the latest films, as well as the Harlequin Theatre in nearby Redhill, showcasing plays, comedians, music and more.

When you feel the need to get out and about, you’ll have easy access to acres of rolling hills, woodland and riverside walks. You’ll be able walk or cycle along the North Downs Way or the Greensand Way, visit historic houses or relax in cosy country pubs.  Gatton Park is also found just to the north of Reigate, with beautiful walks and parklands designed by Lancelot 'Capability' Brown.

Just outside of town, you'll find both Reigate Hill and Reigate Heath Golf Clubs, there is a Walking Football team in neighbouring Redhill, alongside the Donyngs Leisure Centre which can be found in Redhill too.
