At Beechcroft, we describe our new and converted homes as offering ‘unrivalled luxury’ because we believe that a luxury home is crafted from high-quality, long-lasting building materials, features the very best fixtures and fittings and is finished with an ‘elegant touch.’ Our homes are luxurious – special but offering excellent value for money. We design homes that you’ll really enjoy living in and, after a lifetime of work, raising a family and maintaining an older property, places where you’ll be able to relax.
“I would highly recommend both the development and the location. The house is very well designed and, despite this being a downsize for me, it doesn’t feel like it. The quality is excellent, the storage is very good and the property is energy efficient.”

“I particularly love the spaciousness of my new apartment – and the wide corridors which make such a difference. Because my apartment is spacious, there’s so much light. I go into my sitting room every morning and I can see the sky, the trees and the grass – it’s simply lovely.”
, Hampton Manor
“These new homes certainly have the ‘wow’ factor. The sun room is beautiful, we sit there with coffee and the newspapers. It’s a bonus to have a private garden and someone to maintain it and the guest suite is beautiful so we will be able to book that for our visitors.”
, Leatherhead
Visit any Beechcroft development or retirement community and you’ll recognise these luxurious elements. Each elegant home has plenty of ‘kerb appeal’ – new homes are designed to complement the landscaped setting and local architectural styles and converted homes are created within period properties that we have carefully restored to their ‘former glory.’
We consider landscaped settings as integral to the design of the development – our aim is always to create lush, mature landscapes that are reminiscent of the garden that you’ve spent a lifetime maintaining. Our communal gardens will tempt you outside on warm days – to walk, socialise and relax. The majority of our homes also provide private outside space – terraces, balconies, roof terraces, gardens – and, often, a combination of these.
Internally, our commitment to ‘luxury’ is even more evident. Interior designed kitchens complement the top brand appliances, bathrooms include fitted mirrors, vanity units and contemporary fittings, wardrobes are fitted to master and second bedrooms and high quality flooring, including carpeting, is included.
Buying Beechcroft means there’s no need for ‘options’ or expensive ‘extras.’ Your new home may also have underfloor heating – which is wonderful underfoot, especially when you step out of bed in the morning or head to the bathroom for your shower.
Today, space is perhaps the ultimate luxury – and Beechcroft homes offer plenty of living space. We understand that if you’ve lived your life in a large family home, you’ll want to downsize without compromising on living space. Indeed, Beechcroft was founded over 35 years ago on the principle of providing high-quality homes with an abundance of generously-proportioned living space regardless of the number of bedrooms. Today, we remain true to our aim – many of our two-bedroom homes provide more space than a new, four-bedroom family home.
We design our homes with care – houses provide spacious drawing rooms, separate dining rooms and sunrooms. The majority of apartments feature a central dining/hall; an impressive reception hall that is large enough to accommodate a dining table for those formal or family occasions. In homes with two or more bedrooms, at least two of the bedrooms are double rooms and most master bedrooms have an en-suite bath or shower room.
The final ‘luxurious’ touch on every Beechcroft development is the on-site estate management service. The Estate Manager is on hand to take responsibility for the upkeep of the communal areas, the landscaped setting and private gardens, to offer help and advice and to keep an eye on your home whilst you’re on holiday or away visiting family and friends – giving you the luxury of travelling without worrying about the home you’ve left behind.
