We consider landscaped settings as integral to the design of the development – our aim is always to create lush, mature landscapes that are reminiscent of the garden that you’ve spent a lifetime maintaining. Today, space is perhaps the ultimate luxury – and Beechcroft homes offer plenty of living space. We understand that if you’ve lived your life in a large family home, you’ll want to downsize without compromising on living space. Indeed, Beechcroft was founded over 35 years ago on the principle of providing high-quality homes with an abundance of generously-proportioned living space regardless of the number of bedrooms. Today, we remain true to our aim – many of our two-bedroom homes provide more space than a new, four-bedroom family home.
We design our homes with care – houses provide spacious drawing rooms, separate dining rooms and sunrooms. The majority of apartments feature a central dining/hall; an impressive reception hall that is large enough to accommodate a dining table for those formal or family occasions. In homes with two or more bedrooms, at least two of the bedrooms are double rooms and most master bedrooms have an en-suite bath or shower room.
The final ‘luxurious’ touch on every Beechcroft development is the on-site estate management service. The Estate Manager is on hand to take responsibility for the upkeep of the communal areas, the landscaped setting and private gardens, to offer help and advice and to keep an eye on your home whilst you’re on holiday or away visiting family and friends – giving you the luxury of travelling without worrying about the home you’ve left behind.
