1. By entering the Christmas raffle promotion (the prize draw), you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is run by Beechcroft Developments, 1 Church Lane, Wallingford, England, OX10 0DX.
1. The prize draw is open to all entrants aged 18 or over
2. By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
4. The prize draw is free to enter
5. Entries are only valid when made during a booked appointment at a participating Beechcroft site.

1. To enter, you must book and attend an appointment at one of the participating Beechcroft sites and take part in the onsite raffle draw.
2. The promotion runs until 1 January, or earlier if all prizes have been claimed.
3. Entry is made by drawing a raffle ticket from an envelope at the site you visit.
4. Beechcroft does not accept responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate contact details or for any lost, delayed or damaged entries.
5. Beechcroft reserves the right to extend, suspend or close the draw early at its discretion.

1. The prizes available are:
11 Bronze Prizes– bottles of champagne
2 Silver Prizes – Marks & Spencer luxury hampers (approximate value £55 each)
1 Gold Prize – £250 John Lewis gift card
2. Bronze prizes will be distributed at the site where the raffle draw is conducted.
3. Silver and Gold prizes will be distributed from Beechcroft Head Office.
4. All raffle tickets have been pre-allocated randomly across all participating sites.
5. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Beechcroft’s control, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
7. The use of brand names does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

1. Winners are determined instantly at the visit by drawing a raffle ticket from the envelope provided by the sales representative.
2. The decision of Beechcroft regarding any aspect of the draw is **final and binding**, and no correspondence will be entered into.

1. Bronze prizes must be collected at the site at the time of the draw.
2. Silver and Gold winners will be contacted using the details provided during their appointment.
3. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the required timeframe, Beechcroft reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
