Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Beechcroft Developments of 1 Church Lane, Wallingford, England, 0X10 0DX.
   
   

Eligibility to enter

1. The prize draw is open to all entrants over 18 years of age only.
2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. A maximum of one entry per individual/ couple is permitted.
4. The prize draw is free to enter.
5. Prize is not eligible to current homeowners, or customers who have reserved a property already at Cotswold Gate, Burford.

How to enter

1. The prize draw opens at 12pm on Monday 2nd December 2024 and closes at 5pm on Thursday 5^{th Dec}ember. Late entries will not be accepted.
2. To enter the prize draw: RSVP to our Cotswold Gate Show Home Launch taking place on the 7th December 2024
3. Beechcroft will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate; or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.
   
   

General Terms & Conditions

Beechcroft will contact the winner on Friday 6th December, to confirm availability to collect the prize on Saturday 7th December.

The prize consists of one Christmas wreath, and Beechcroft reserves the right to select an alternative prize in the event that our supplier is unable to fulfil the original wreath. You must be available to collect your prize from Cotswold Gate, Burford on Saturday 7th December 2024.

The prize is not transferrable, and we reserve the right to select another winner in the event that the prize is not collected, unless a new collection date is arranged in advance. Should there be no RSVPs, the prize will be given to the first visitor on Saturday 7th December.

Data protection and publicity

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Beechcroft for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
2. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
3. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Beechcrofts Data Protection Policy, accessible here: https://www.beechcroft.co.uk/privacy-statement/

Limitation of Liability

1. Beechcroft does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Beechcroft does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
