Specialist developer, Beechcroft, has secured £15.9 million of funding from Paragon Bank for the acquisition and development of a new collection of homes in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.
The forthcoming development, located on the site of the former Grey House School in Mount Pleasant, will provide 35 elegant new homes, designed exclusively for the over 55s.
The collection will include 31 two-bedroom apartments and four houses. The homes will have a private garden, terrace or balcony and lifts will provide access to all apartment floors.
Set within an attractive landscaped setting, the development will also include a residents’ lounge, a guest suite for visitors and an estate management service.
The new homes will be perfectly placed within walking distance of the centre of Hartley Wintney, where residents will find a selection of independent shops, cafés, pubs and everyday amenities. The green open spaces of Hartley Wintney Common are also close by.
Residents will benefit from excellent transport links. Fleet and Winchfield railway stations provide direct services to London Waterloo, while the M3 offers convenient access to Heathrow Airport and the wider motorway network.

Construction is due to begin in summer 2026, with the first homes expected to be released for sale during the summer of 2027.
