Beechcroft secures backing for its flagship scheme at Wilton Park

The 75-acre Wilton Park development in Beaconsfield is set to become a flagship development for specialist developer, Beechcroft.

Located approximately a mile from Beaconsfield town centre, Wilton Park will compromise new, open market, affordable and retirement homes along with a 75-bed care home, a new nursery, café and sports pitches, all set within landscaped parkland.  Part of the site has already been developed by Bewley Homes but Beechcroft is regenerating the remainder of the site, demolishing an unsightly tower block and creating new, high-quality, homes as well as community facilities.

Partnering with Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division, Beechcroft has now acquired a £30 million finance facility which will support the delivery of the 95 retirement apartments at Wilton Park. The sales launch of these apartments, designed exclusively for the over 55s, is expected to take place in winter 2026.

What people say...

“Wilton Park is an extremely important scheme, not only for us as a company but also because there is a need for high-quality retirement homes, in Beaconsfield.”

“Later living schemes like the one at Wilton Park provide tangible social and health benefits and a sense of community for residents and, with an ageing population, we imagine demand for homes like these will only continue to grow,” comments Oliver Powlesland, Senior Relationship Director for Paragon Bank. “Our continued relationship with the Beechcroft team gives us confidence in their vision and delivery and we look forward to seeing the community at Wilton Park take shape.”

Over the last 40 years, Beechcroft has earned an outstanding reputation for creating high-quality housing including award-winning developments designed exclusively for over 55s and located in some of the most attractive villages and market towns in the southern counties.
