Specialist developer, Beechcroft, has completed the sale of 13.8 acres of land at Wilton Park, Beaconsfield to property company, London Square.
The sale marks another significant milestone in the transformation of the historic Wilton Park estate into a unique, new, living environment which will meet the significant need for local housing whilst respecting the history, heritage and character of the Beaconsfield area.
Beechcroft has already achieved planning for 95 apartments, designed exclusively for the over 55s, along with a residents’ lounge, guest suite and allocated parking. Beechcroft residents will also be able to be benefit from a menu of services provided by the 75-bed care home to be built on site.
