Discount Market Value Considerations

Our discounted market properties are only available to those purchasers that have a connection to the town of Windsor or the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead by virtue of the fact that either;

1. He/she currently resides in the town of Windsor and has resided there for a period of not less than three years within the last eight years; or
2. He/she has parents or children who are currently resident in the town of Windsor and have at least five years continuous residence there; or
3. He/she currently resides within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and has resided there for a period of not less than five years within the last eight years.
