• You can be confident that your Beechcroft development will be constructed to the highest standards and that your new home, whether newly built or converted, will provide the spacious, flexible living space you hope for.
• Beechcroft’s founding principle is to create homes with plenty of living space, regardless of the number of bedrooms. Many of our two-bedroom homes have as much, or more, space than a ‘standard’ new four-bedroom house.
• In your new home, your hallway and landing will be generously proportioned. Your principal rooms will be large enough to accommodate any family furniture you intend to bring with you and, in homes with two or more bedrooms, at least two are double rooms.
