Chris Thompson accepted the role of Managing Director with Beechcroft in 1999, having rejoined the company. Chris first joined Beechcroft on leaving college in the 1980s and has played an important role in the company's development over the last two decades. Chris specialises in the selection of sites and the design of both new retirement housing schemes and properties for conversion in some of the best locations in Southern England. Chris has experience of large scale mixed-use projects as well as retirement housing.
With over 25 years' experience in the housing industry, gained with some of the UK's best known house builders, Angela South has developed the Beechcroft brand and is responsible for bringing Beechcroft retirement houses and apartments and Special Projects to the market, creating accurate and informative marketing literature, promoting developments, managing the sales process and communicating with customers. Angela is also committed to ensuring that Beechcroft properties are well designed and feature the high quality specification which is a hallmark of all Beechcroft developments.
Brian Mills joined Beechcroft in 2009 having been previously employed as Finance Director at London Green Developments, a property company specialising in the regeneration of brownfield sites in and around London. Brian's role involves providing financial and accounting leadership across all areas of the business. He is responsible for developing and implementing Beechcroft's financial strategy, liaising with a variety of financial institutions including banks, insurers and other advisors and ensuring that each new Beechcroft development is completed within budget.
Holly Foreman has been working in the property industry since 1998, gaining a wealth of experience of on-site sales and sales management with several of the country's leading housebuilders. Holly joined Beechcroft from Crest Nicholson in 2015 and, as Sales Director, is responsible for Beechcroft's dedicated sales team based on developments across the southern counties. She ensures that the sales team complies with all legal requirements and current legislation relating to the new homes industry and is committed to providing a smooth customer journey for all Beechcroft's home buyers, from the first visit to the development to legal completion.
Prior to his appointment as Commercial Director, Ben Goss spent seven years working as Beechcroft's Commercial Manager. In the role of Commercial Director he is responsible for Beechcroft's commercial function from land acquisition through to final accounts, the management and production of Beechcroft's build and material contracts as well as negotiating trading partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers. Ben also leads the production of development specifications, working in conjunction with the sales team.
Kevin Feeney accepted the role of Technical Director with Beechcroft at the end of 2013, having worked with the company since 2005, on a full-time, part-time and consultancy basis. Kevin, originally from a Civil Engineering background, has spent the last 28 years working in the property industry and brings a wealth of residential development experience gained from his work with some of the South's leading house builders. As Technical Director, Kevin is responsible for communicating current planning legislation and technical information to the entire Beechcroft team throughout the life of each project.
