A Sense of Community - one of the top five priorities for Beechcroft's customers

In a recent British survey, 40% of those surveyed said they didnt know their neighbours names and 12% have never spoken to their neighbours. When youre moving to a new home, however, particularly if youre over the age of 55 and downsizing, new neighbours and a sense of community is really important. In fact, specialist retirement developer, Beechcrofts own research reveals that a good sense of community is one of the top 5 priorities for the over 55s when looking for somewhere to enjoy their retirement.
