Commercial Director
Prior to his appointment as Commercial Director, Ben Goss spent seven years working as Beechcroft’s Commercial Manager. In the role of Commercial Director he is responsible for Beechcroft’s commercial function from land acquisition through to final accounts, the management and production of Beechcroft’s build and material contracts as well as negotiating trading partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers. Ben also leads the production of development specifications, working in conjunction with the sales team.
